We charge a monthly platform fee that includes reserved GPU hours and daily request limits. Any GPU usage beyond your reserved hours is billed at your tier's overage rate. Use our pricing calculator to estimate costs for your specific workload.
Reserved GPU hours are pre-paid hours included with your platform fee. For example, the Starter tier includes 10 hours per month, and Pro includes 25 hours. These hours are available at no additional cost each month.
Once your reserved hours are exhausted, you'll be charged your tier's overage rate: £1.00/GPU hour (Free), £0.60/GPU hour (Starter), or £0.40/GPU hour (Pro). Enterprise customers have custom overage rates.
Yes! Tier changes take effect immediately. You get the full daily request allowance for your new tier starting right away. Your platform fee is pro-rated for the remaining days in your billing period.
No, reserved hours are available each month and do not roll over. This encourages efficient usage and ensures you always have fresh capacity at the start of each billing period.
The platform fee grants you access to the platform, reserved GPU hours, daily request limits, and tier-specific features like team collaboration (Starter/Pro/Enterprise), SSO (Enterprise), and priority support (Pro/Enterprise).
